Farmers Market Lunch Recipe

Ingredients
4-6 pieces Prosciutto (don’t buy the pre-packaged, grocery store kind.  Find a butcher or cheese shop will likely have the good stuff)
1/2 Cantaloupe (diced)
1/2 lump Burrata cheese (separated into bites around the plate)
Basil (a few roughly chopped leaves)
Olive Oil (generous drizzle)
Salt (to taste)

Combine ingredients.  Add wine in a separate glass.  Manga.
